Big girl liao coz got smartphone

The title says that because I've been having lousy phones since the very beginning. My first phone was a Nokia 3310 when I was 13. I got an LG flip phone when I turned 15 and changed it to a Sony Ericcson when I was 17. It died when I entered A-Levels so dad bought me an LG Lollipop. I mean all along I didn't have any complains about having those kind of phones. Until one day I noticed that every single person (friends, strangers, everybody) owns a freaking iPhone or some fancy smartphone. That made me realise how left out I am omg. The fact that I'm extremely active on twitter doesn't help but tempt me further to get myself a smartphone. But I just kept waiting coz I didn't have enough money to buy one.

After two years being together with my LG Lollipop, I decided to say goodbye to it and finally got myself an S2. I know it's not exactly the best Samsung phone out there because according to many, Nexus and Note has better specs and shit but not that I really care because I was also tight on budget so the S2 is most appropriate for me. Note's too big for my liking and I hate Nexus' design. Sorry I'm a girl so I'm also shallow when comes to how a phone looks like lol. Plus, I was fucking lucky to even get the last stock in DiGi center last week at Pyramid so I might as well just go with it. End of story! MIND YOU I WENT OUT 5 TIMES ON AN S2 HUNT. I want to thank and also apologize to my friends Kin Miao and Wei Yan for helping me out so much. You know I'm really hopeless when comes to gadgets :|

Today's probably like my 5th or 6th day using the S2. I really like it so far! Just that it eats the battery real quick. That's coz I overuse the phone anyway lol. My friends are too active in twitter, Kakaotalk and Whatsapp. ;~;

Anyways this is just a short update because I haven't been updating for a few weeks. Haha I knew this would happen!! I'll be leaving for Singapore and Korea in 10 days and I'm really excited. Not exactly prepared for it so I better do something about it. 2.30am and I should head to bed. Sleeping late every single day is one of my worst habits ever. Wae I have work :(

With Chan Wei Yan

So I went to Midvalley with Wei Yan on Saturday just to check out the digi outlet there. I've searched high and low for digi centres that still sells the Galaxy S2 package. None seems to be in stock. REALLY frustrating because I'm desperate for a smartphone and I don't want any other phones since I've had my eye on this one for quite some time. Plus I had to consider the tight budget I have at the moment. :(

Wei Yan scolded the sales person at Digi. LOL although it was kinda funny and damn pityful for that dude, thanks Wei Yan for giving them a good word which was literally straight in the face. LOL.

She also bought me nail polishes from Topshop!! ;___; As soon as I saw this mustard coloured polish, I already want to own it! I even tested their colours on Wei Yan's finger nails coz mine's already occupied *cough*

She ruined some of it coz her fingers were gatal. Love the mustard and purple-ish ones. Thank you so much for getting them as my early birthday gift ;o; Topshop polishes aren't cheap at all!!!

Some kinda sushi at Sushi Zen, or something like that. Wow I should do food reviews coz I remember the food names and location SO WELL OTL

We failed to sloth around there coz I suddenly became SO SLEEPY. Wtf even. I'm totally showing signs of aging. Decided to sloth around even more at Borders bookstore. I'm really not the kind who'd grab a novel and read a few chapters. Prefer flipping through pages with photos in it lol. Browsed through Nail UP! Magazine and some art books. THEN I GOT SLEEPY AGAIN lol I think it was lack of sleep.

WY's mom picked up us and went to have dinner at Fatspoon. It's my first time there but I've heard of Xin Yi and Su Ann talking about how great that place is. Just that I never got the chance to go there. It's got a very vintage atmosphere. Their concept is very Wei Yan+Xin Yi tbh LOL.

I had claypot beef noodles. Really good but I couldn't finish it. They're quite generous with their portion!

Wei Yan on the phone and her mom. Huhuhuhu. It's a good place to sit down and have a little chit chat with friends since the atmostphere's quite cozy and stuff like that

ok I'm so lazy to continue writing coz I'm sleepy as hell.

P/S: I can't stop thinking about the RM139 winter jackets from Bershka. Should I go back there....

MMMMMM pan mee! :) This is quite a while back. To be honest I can't recall when I took this. I've had countless pan mee sessions with Xinyi and Jing since I met them. They're the best pan mee gang ;) I love that they're always willing to try out new places to dine in, although we still go back to our ordinary lat jiu pan mee (with extra chili!) which we'll gobble down in no time. After it would be a cup of milk tea from gongcha/chatime or a bowl of snowflake's best seller dessert. Such an SS15 thing to do.

However my friend Lester introduced to me an even tastier dessert from BlackBall. It's just right beside the Snowflake outlet at SS15. I CANNOT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT NOW. So I might drag Xin Yi and Jing over to Blackball after pan mee next time :P


Lol I know it doesnt look that appetizing here but I swear it tastes like heaven!!

Anyways guys, I've decided to shift my ass from that lousy tabulas blog to here. So please change my URL if you've linked me on your blog. I'll try blogging more often since I've set this place up. It's not done yet though! Truthfully speaking I've been rusty with HTML that I took up so much time to code everything together. Meh.
